Staff here are super friendly and attentive! Loved the Bonvoy Club. Room was okay but had a bit of an odor and lacked airflow. Will return for the great staff but will opt for a bigger room next time. Stayed in a king deluxe.

Had an amazing two-night business stay at JW Marriott Bangkok! The room was spotless, and breakfast had something for everyone. The staff were friendly and made our meeting special. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and pleasant stay!
